  • How do you pick your vendors?
We pick our vendors based on a lot of factors. We look for unique products and vendors with a strong brand identity. We try to keep our markets balanced so we don't choose to many like vendors.
  • When do applications close for markets?
We usually close applications about 6 weeks before the date of the market but it depends on how many applications we get. Get on our email list here to be the first to know when applications are opening and closing.
  • When will you notify accepted vendors?
We notify vendors about 6 weeks before the event. We email accepted and waitlisted vendors.
  • Do I need to apply to each market separately?
Yes. It helps us keep things organized!
  • Can I apply for both days of the monthly market at Station Park?
Yes! You are welcome to apply to both days or just one.
  • What should I do if I can’t remember if I applied for a market?
Fill out the form again. If there are multiple applications it's no big deal!
  • How much are vendor fees?
Friday Markets - Blue Booth $140 - Red Booth $160 Saturday Markets - Blue Booth $165 - Red Booth $185
  • Do you take a commission fee at the outdoor markets?
No! For our outdoor markets you just pay the vendor fee.
  • Do I need to fill out a new waiver for each market?
  • How do I pay sales tax?
At our markets where you take your own payment we will provide you with a tax form from the state. It will show you what percentage to charge and how to send in your sales tax. If you have other questions check out the state's website here.
  • When does set up start?
Set up starts at 10AM. Please don't show up much earlier than that. We need time to prep the space.
  • Where do I check in?
At Station Park please check in by the Carhartt store. We always send out set up instructions the week of the market so check your email for a better visual.
  • How big are vendor booths?
    10 x 10 feet
  • Do you provide tables? What about canopies?
Vendors are responsible for all their own set up supplies (tables, chairs, canopies). We strongly recommend you bring a canopy but they must have weights. If you don't have weights we will ask you to take it down.
  • Is there power? Is there wifi?
There is no access to power and wifi can be unreliable. Most vendors accept payments through their phone so that they can also use cellular data.
  • If I’m participating in Friday and Saturday, can I leave my booth up?
No. We can't leave anything up overnight.
